I'm a mental health counsellor. My area of study specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy ( CBT) concerned the way you think and the way you behave. CBT has been in the place world of work, it's purposes to helping through difficulties such as suffering from acute life's event, dilemma in making decision or coping in change. As such as recent finding,  CBT therapeutic process provides enlightenment and focus on empowerment  in a person's life. My area of study increased to the understanding formation of person's character/personality from infancy level to mature adult, literally, there are the identity of  effective elements to build good functional personality throughout the lifespan. Most of my work using the CBT as an impart tool to recognize client's need for, such as explore and identify, explain the case management to work on their individual or systematic's need. Further to that, the knowledge on being insight that determine the core of change in a person's life, and nevertheless to introduce the change in the way the social systems ( e.g families, friends) operate. If you want to increase your motivation drive to make better in yourself and in your social system, counselling is not about 'labeling' or self- stigmatization,  in fact, that counselling has been, and continue to be  shaped and influenced in helping approaches give great ways  in your life.
