From time to time, everyone needs to hit that pause button in life to rest, to reflect, to think, to re-calibrate, and find ourselves again. These moments could restore our balance, help us cope with life, and strengthen our sense of selves. Whenever you need listening ears and someone to talk to during these crucial moments in your journey, I would love to be there for you.
I completed my Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology the Netherlands. During my training, I was exposed to vulnerable groups in the community including victims of humans trafficking as well as children exposed to abuse and family conflicts. Subsequently, I have been working with adults and families affected by dementia, working with caregivers as well as senior clients in the past few years. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore.
