My goal in life is to make a positive impact in the lives of every person I meet. We all face challenges in our daily lives and we all need someone to support us and provide us with an empathetic and non judgmental, listening ear. I believe that everyone deserves to live a good life and that every individual is capable of a lot more than they know. I want to work with each individual to help them navigate through the challenges and hurdles they might face in life and empower them in achieving the best lives they can live.
I started practising therapy in America in 2014 and was seeing clients for individual, family, and group therapy sessions for 3 years. I have worked with clients as young as 5 years old and as old as 72. After moving back to Singapore in 2017, I have seen clients from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Bhutan, China, Australia, and Sri Lanka. I have worked with clients who experienced childhood abuse, sexual abuse, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ADHD, and Autism. I have also conducted therapy with families who have adopted foster children, doing therapeutic work with both the child and the families. Everyone deserves a chance in creating a better life for themselves and everyone needs someone who they can trust and talk to. I believe in empowering every individual and working through any difficulties that they might face. I tailor my approach to each individual because every individual is unique and there is no "one size fits all".
