My belief in humanities always drives my personal style in counselling. I believe the maladjustment in different life situation is the major source that provokes our mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Fortunately, the human being is always having their own ways to maintain an equilibrium. However, while their ways can no longer work in a particular situation, the issues come. The artistic expression such as drawings, music, dance, or even poems could give us a secure space to reflect and learn about our experiences. With good lessons of our past, we will have wiser choices for our future to go back to the equilibrium.
