3 Years Of Experience

SGD 130 per session

At some stage in our lives, many of us will experience stress, confusion, anxiety, depression, loneliness, bullying, diagnosis, bereavement and loss or issues relating to work/life balance. Life can then feel overwhelming. Counselling is like a secret garden, where you retrieve to have a break, feel safe and at peace, reflect on your life and take back control. As a person-centred counsellor, I am not in the business to tell you what to do or provide you with solution. What I will do is to provide a space, like your own secret garden, where you feel safe enough to explore your feelings, your thought, to explore who are you. As a human, I believe given the right conditions, we can all experience positive growth and begin to work towards realising our full potential. My job is like a gardener, Just like gardeners do not ‘grow plants’ — they grow by themselves– counsellors do not ‘grow’ persons, what both counsellor and the gardener try to do is create the condition which the inherent capacities for growth and development can come for fruition. ——- Tony Merry so, come and have a rest at the garden, you have the control, and you will decide how you want to grow. What can I offer you? I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a member of the BACP- a professional body which ensures that I work to the highest ethical and professional standards. I am experienced in counselling a range of issues such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, work & academic-related stress and more. I am experienced with over 700 hours of counselling practice experience. I understand and am conversant in feelings, thoughts, intuitions, and spirituality I am skilled at creating a safe environment for you to talk freely Having studied for two degrees means I understand academic-related stress. Having worked in the business sector before means I understand work-related stress and anxiety. It is my aim to work collaboratively with clients so that together we can explore how to move your life forward in a positive way. I look forward to hearing from you. Wenna
