My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, and I strongly believed in working hand-in-hand with the client. The therapy approach, while tailored to each client’s needs, is based on Positive Psychology, which focuses on both mind and body. Depending on the needs, the most common evidence-based therapy approaches I use are Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT & DBT), Emotional Focus Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family System (IFS), and Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am also trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioural and Clinical Hypnotherapy (CBH). For relationship matters, I often use the Gottman Method Couples therapy approach.
