I am Desieree – a counselling psychologist, psychotherapist, and cognitive behaviour hypnotherapist.
I work with individuals and couples to find clarity and learn emotional regulation to live life without regret.
My personal and professional journey makes me passionate about empowering individuals to be the best version of themselves. I use an integrative therapy approach based on Positive Psychology, which focuses on both mind and body. Some issues I work with are related to anxiety, depression, behavioural-related disorder, and trauma-related issue. I also work with individuals who want to enhance their performance and couple who want to have a healthier and stronger relationship.
