I use mainly CBT and Narrative approach in combination with other psychological tool to help you find clarity in your decision. I am adept in Children and Adolescents Counselling. My aim is to strengthen child's character building, which leads naturally to learning more effectively. I have worked with children who are at risk and who display challenging behaviors; learning behaviour issues, low self-esteem; anger issues, families who struggle with separation. After feedback were given, my clients become better at regulating their emotional and become more motivated. I have worked with clients who come from different background, values and interests.  You would expect a calm, empathic approach to my session. I can help you toward your goal. We could work  in a range of setting both short or long term.
